Q: What is a certificate?

A: Think of it like a digital high-five. When you qualify for rewards, we issue points as certificates and drop them right into your account.

Q: How do I check my point balance?

A: Log in and look near your “Welcome” message—your point balance is right there, ready to impress.

Q: Do points expire?

A: Unfortunately, yes. Points are valid for 2 years from the month they’re issued. After that, they disappear into the rewards sunset. So don’t wait—make your point count!

A: Click “Rewards” and browse by category, points, or keyword. Once you find something amazing, click “Order,” confirm your details, and your reward will be on its way.

Q: Can I send a reward to someone else?

A: Absolutely. Just enter their shipping address during checkout and make someone’s day.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A: Most of the time, yes. Just a heads-up—if your item ships via FedEx Ground, you’ll need a physical address since FedEx and PO Boxes don’t get along.

Q: Why doesn’t my online banking login work here?

A: Great question! Your rewards login is separate from your Dutch Point online banking. That’s because this site lets you combine (a.k.a. “pool”) points from different accounts. Just create a new login just for your perks.

Q: Can I remove a linked account?

A: Yep! Log in, head to “My Account,” then “eDeposit.” Click “Remove” next to the account you no longer want, and save the changes.

Q: What’s the difference between e-gift cards and physical gift cards?

A: E-gift cards are sent to your rewards account instantly—no waiting, no shipping. Physical cards are mailed and usually take a few business days to arrive.

Q: I placed an order but didn’t get my e-gift card. What now?

A: First, check your spam or junk folder (they can be sneaky). Still missing? Reach out to our customer service team—we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I use my e-gift card in-store on my phone?

A: Most likely, yes! But to be sure, check the redemption options on the retailer’s site.

Q: How can I check my e-gift card balance?

A: That’s up to the retailer. Your card’s terms and conditions will tell you how to check your balance.

Q: Can I use my card more than once?

A: Totally! Use your e-gift card until the balance runs out. Some retailers will even show your updated balance the next time you log in.

Q: Do I need to print it in color?
